【摘要】：目的:評估上海社區(qū)高血壓疾病細節(jié)管理的成本效果,為建立和推廣高血壓預防和控制的模式提供依據。方法:資料來自上海市區(qū)4個社區(qū)1 442名高血壓病患者1年干預的隨訪。以血壓水平和血壓達標為效果指標,測算項目的管理成本和人力勞務成本,采用成本效果比方法估計社區(qū)高血壓綜合干預的成本效果。結果:經過管理分攤,干預組和日常管理組每年每管理1個高血壓患者的成本分別是968.8元和740.6元。成本效果分析顯示,與日常管理組相比,干預組每降低1 mmHg(0.133kPa)的收縮壓可少花費44.51元,每降低1 mmHg舒張壓可少花費82.52元,每提高1個百分點的血壓控制達標率可少花費9.63元。結論:本次社區(qū)高血壓非藥物綜合性干預項目比日常管理更加節(jié)省衛(wèi)生資源。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the cost effectiveness of detail management of hypertension in Shanghai community. To provide the basis for establishing and popularizing the model of hypertension prevention and control. Methods: data from 4 communities in Shanghai. 442 patients with hypertension were followed up for one year. The blood pressure level and blood pressure standard were taken as the effective index. The management cost and labor cost of the project were measured, and the cost effect of community hypertension comprehensive intervention was estimated by cost-effect ratio method. Results: after management allocation. The cost of the intervention group and the daily management group was 968.8 yuan and 740.6 yuan per year respectively. The cost effect analysis showed that compared with the daily management group. In the intervention group, the systolic blood pressure decreased by 44.51 yuan and the diastolic blood pressure by 82.52 yuan per 1 mmHg. The rate of blood pressure control can be reduced by 9.63 yuan. Conclusion: this community hypertension non-drug comprehensive intervention project can save more health resources than daily management.
