【摘要】：作為項(xiàng)目管理中的重要組成部分的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的好與壞直接影響到一個(gè)項(xiàng)目的成敗�？紤]到現(xiàn)實(shí)中的項(xiàng)目都存在著資源約束的,因此對(duì)于資源約束下的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究的意義重大。一般的企業(yè)項(xiàng)目對(duì)于工期具有很強(qiáng)的敏感性,在項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)就期望盡快結(jié)束項(xiàng)目以創(chuàng)造價(jià)值,所以能否減少項(xiàng)目工期在解決資源約束項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度問題時(shí)的實(shí)際意義也同樣重要。在項(xiàng)目管理中,進(jìn)度控制與成本控制質(zhì)量控制是項(xiàng)目的三大控制目標(biāo),質(zhì)量是本,成本是關(guān)鍵,而進(jìn)度是中心。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)和循環(huán)的過程,伴隨著項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)行。本論文在介紹進(jìn)度管理理論的和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了HDLG公司海上風(fēng)電項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)進(jìn)度控制過程出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行了分析,提出了相應(yīng)的進(jìn)度控制改進(jìn)方案,在新項(xiàng)目中運(yùn)用而提高了項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度,為未來海上風(fēng)電項(xiàng)目和其他國內(nèi)同行業(yè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理提供參考。
[Abstract]:As an important part of project schedule management, the good or bad of the project schedule has a direct impact on the success or failure of a project. Therefore, the research on project schedule management under resource constraints is of great significance. Generally, enterprise projects have a strong sensitivity to the duration of the project. In the beginning of the project, the project is expected to end as soon as possible to create value. Therefore, it is also important to reduce the project duration in solving the problem of resource constraint. In project management, schedule control and cost control quality control are the three major control objectives of the project. Quality is the key, cost is the key, and progress is the center. Progress control is a dynamic and circular process, accompanied by the progress of the project. This paper introduces the progress management theory and methods. This paper expounds the status quo of progress control of offshore wind power projects in HDLG Company, analyzes the problems in the process of progress control, and puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme of progress control. The application in the new project improves the progress of the project and provides a reference for future offshore wind power projects and other domestic projects of the same industry progress management.
