【摘要】：風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理是一門新興的交叉的邊緣管理學(xué)科,使不希望發(fā)生的事件引起的負(fù)面后果最小化的管理過程。目前,我國(guó)已經(jīng)形成了較為完整的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論體系,將組織整個(gè)生命期不同層面上的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行識(shí)別、衡量和評(píng)估分析,再制定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理規(guī)劃,對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素提出處理方案和監(jiān)控措施。但在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域還存在一定的局限性,體現(xiàn)在:應(yīng)用的深度和廣度還不夠、缺乏風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的專業(yè)人才、企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理制度不完善和對(duì)潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的評(píng)估和預(yù)警管理相對(duì)滯后。通過構(gòu)建風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理框架體系,搭建風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論與實(shí)踐應(yīng)用的橋梁,建立三維企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理框架,在企業(yè)的各個(gè)階層采取"分階段改進(jìn)強(qiáng)化"的思路,先抓住"關(guān)鍵制勝要素",再對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行全面管理,建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估體系,營(yíng)造企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的文化氛圍,努力以最小的成本達(dá)到最大的安全保障,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Risk management is an emerging interdisciplinary discipline of management, the management process to minimize the negative consequences of hope arises. At present, China has formed a relatively complete system of risk management theory, risk factors will organize the whole life period of different level of recognition, measurement and evaluation analysis, and then develop risk management planning, propose solutions and control measures of risk factors. But there are still some limitations in the field of application of risk management is reflected in: the depth and breadth of application is not enough, the lack of risk management professionals, enterprise risk management system is not perfect and assessment of potential risk and early warning management relative lag. By constructing the system of risk management framework, risk management and build a bridge between theory and practice, establish risk management framework for 3D enterprise, take "in all walks of enterprises First, we must grasp the key elements of winning, improve risk management, establish risk assessment system, create a cultural atmosphere of enterprise risk management, and strive to achieve maximum safety guarantee with minimum cost to achieve business goals.
