【摘要】：帷幕灌漿是一項(xiàng)勞動(dòng)密集型作業(yè),生產(chǎn)效率低,盈利能力差,因此如何有效降低施工成本已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)迫切需要解決的問(wèn)題。葛洲壩集團(tuán)基礎(chǔ)工程有限公司中標(biāo)水布埡帷幕灌漿項(xiàng)目后,公司決定以此項(xiàng)目為契機(jī),通過(guò)加強(qiáng)對(duì)此項(xiàng)目的成本管理、核算與分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)公司在施工項(xiàng)目管理方面存在的問(wèn)題,特別是帷幕灌漿施工成本管理中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)和問(wèn)題所在,集中公司力量進(jìn)行攻關(guān),找出相應(yīng)的解決辦法,從而改進(jìn)公司施工項(xiàng)目成本管理工作,形成一套以成本管理為主線的規(guī)范性的帷幕灌漿施工管理程序,提高公司帷幕灌漿產(chǎn)品盈利能力,促進(jìn)公司整體效益的提升。
[Abstract]:Curtain grouting is a labor-intensive operation with low production efficiency and poor profitability. Therefore, how to effectively reduce construction costs has become an urgent problem to be solved. After Gezhouba Group Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid Shuibuya curtain grouting project, the company decided to take this project as an opportunity. Through strengthening the cost management, accounting and analysis of this project, we find the problems in the construction project management, especially the weak links and problems in the curtain grouting construction cost management. Focus on the company to tackle the key problems, find out the corresponding solutions, so as to improve the cost management of the company's construction projects, forming a set of standard curtain grouting construction management procedures with cost management as the main line. Improve the company curtain grouting product profitability, promote the overall efficiency of the company.
