【摘要】：隨著全球化在我國的發(fā)展,口譯服務市場對口譯服務規(guī)模、服務質(zhì)量、服務流程等相關(guān)口譯活動有了更高的要求。因此,日益增長的大型口譯活動對譯員的要求不再局限于口譯技能,還包括面對復雜事務時的管理能力。項目管理的相關(guān)知識在許多領(lǐng)域都有應用,而口譯行業(yè)的發(fā)展促使了項目管理與口譯項目相結(jié)合。通過項目管理的流程和方法,口譯項目的質(zhì)量能夠通過相對標準化的評價機制而評判,口譯譯員的服務品質(zhì)和服務效率能得到充分保證和及時評價,這使得口譯服務有更為長遠的發(fā)展前景。本文是一篇實習報告,主要內(nèi)容是探討在第3屆中國—東盟技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移與創(chuàng)新合作大會期間筆者從翻譯項目管理工作中得到的經(jīng)驗和發(fā)現(xiàn)的不足,并對此提出改進意見和可行性方案。本報告通過介紹項目背景和崗位職責,同時包括前期準備、項目實施過程監(jiān)控、以及譯后評估,對項目實施過程中的相關(guān)案例進行分析、探討解決方案,以期為從事相關(guān)口譯項目管理的人或同類組織單位提供一些參考。
