【摘要】：社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展提高了現(xiàn)代物流的發(fā)展速度和水平,物流需求系數(shù)也隨之不斷增長(zhǎng),這標(biāo)志著現(xiàn)代物流對(duì)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的促進(jìn)發(fā)展作用越來(lái)越突出。因而各種交通運(yùn)輸方式積極向現(xiàn)代物流方向轉(zhuǎn)變,以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需求。鐵路貨運(yùn)系統(tǒng)較其他交通運(yùn)輸方式向物流轉(zhuǎn)變的進(jìn)程阻力大、速度慢,流失了大量的周期短、批次多、運(yùn)量小的輕工業(yè)相關(guān)貨流量。為鐵路快捷貨物運(yùn)輸進(jìn)一步提高貨運(yùn)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,研究現(xiàn)代物流條件下的鐵路快捷貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)拈_(kāi)行問(wèn)題很有必要。本文對(duì)基于現(xiàn)代物流條件下的鐵路快捷貨物運(yùn)輸進(jìn)行如下問(wèn)題探討：1.分析國(guó)內(nèi)外鐵路快捷貨運(yùn)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r并針對(duì)我國(guó)具體情況提出合理的建議和改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)。對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究鐵路快捷貨物運(yùn)輸組織相關(guān)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析和回顧,為本文的研究開(kāi)展奠定現(xiàn)實(shí)和理論基礎(chǔ)。2.分析現(xiàn)代物流條件下的鐵路快捷貨物運(yùn)輸組織基本原則及理論,了解現(xiàn)代物流系統(tǒng)以及鐵路快捷貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)膬?nèi)涵及特征,分析了鐵路快捷貨運(yùn)組織原則。分析了鐵路快捷貨物運(yùn)輸組織模式的影響因素及具體分類,最后對(duì)鐵路快捷貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)慕M織模式進(jìn)行了具體分析。3.分析了鐵路快捷貨物運(yùn)輸供需市場(chǎng)特性,對(duì)現(xiàn)代物流條件下的鐵路快捷貨物運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié)并發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,尋找市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下鐵路快捷貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)男聶C(jī)遇和新挑戰(zhàn)。分析了供給和需求性質(zhì),通過(guò)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)、物流需求指數(shù)及鐵路快捷貨運(yùn)周轉(zhuǎn)量的增長(zhǎng)率對(duì)比分析了現(xiàn)代物流條件下的鐵路快捷貨運(yùn)供需現(xiàn)狀。并探討影響運(yùn)輸需求的因素,基于運(yùn)達(dá)時(shí)間限制對(duì)鐵路快捷貨物運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行分類。4.對(duì)現(xiàn)代物流條件下的鐵路快捷貨物運(yùn)輸進(jìn)行開(kāi)行方案的研究,對(duì)快捷貨運(yùn)列車從發(fā)送點(diǎn)至接收點(diǎn)的全物流過(guò)程進(jìn)行考慮,包括短途公路接駁運(yùn)輸及鐵路中長(zhǎng)途運(yùn)輸過(guò)程,并考慮延遲懲罰問(wèn)題。模型體現(xiàn)了物流的統(tǒng)一性及快捷性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the development speed and level of modern logistics have been improved, and the demand coefficient of logistics has been increasing, which indicates that modern logistics plays a more and more important role in promoting the development of market economy. As a result, various modes of transportation are actively transformed to modern logistics to meet the needs of modern economic development. Compared with other modes of transportation, the railway freight system has more resistance and slower speed in the process of changing to logistics, and it loses a lot of light industry-related cargo flow with short period, lots of batches and small volume of transportation. In order to improve the market competitiveness of railway express freight transportation, it is necessary to study the problem of railway express freight transportation under modern logistics conditions. This paper discusses the following problems of railway express freight transportation based on modern logistics: 1: 1. This paper analyzes the development of railway express freight at home and abroad, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions and suggestions for improvement according to the concrete situation of our country. This paper summarizes, analyzes and reviews the problems related to the research of railway express freight transport at home and abroad, which lays a realistic and theoretical foundation for the research of this paper. This paper analyzes the basic principles and theories of railway express freight transport organization under the condition of modern logistics, understands the connotation and characteristics of modern logistics system and railway express freight transportation, and analyzes the principles of railway express freight transport organization. This paper analyzes the influence factors and classification of railway express freight transport organization mode, and finally analyzes the organization mode of railway express freight transportation. This paper analyzes the characteristics of supply and demand market of railway express freight transportation, summarizes the present situation of railway express freight transportation market under the condition of modern logistics, finds out the problems, and looks for the new opportunities and challenges of railway express freight transportation under the market environment. The characteristics of supply and demand are analyzed, and the supply and demand situation of railway express freight transportation under modern logistics condition is analyzed by comparing the growth rate of national economy, logistics demand index and railway express freight transport turnover. The paper also discusses the factors that affect the transportation demand, and classifies the goods of railway express freight transportation based on the time limit of arrival. 4. This paper studies the opening scheme of railway express freight transportation under modern logistics conditions, and considers the whole logistics process of express freight train from sending point to receiving point, including short-haul road connection transportation and railway medium-long distance transportation process. And consider the problem of delay punishment. The model embodies the unity and rapidity of logistics.
