【摘要】：摘要：鐵路集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)是鐵路路網(wǎng)的重要組成部分,合理配置集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)施設(shè)備,對(duì)創(chuàng)新集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)輸組織、改善經(jīng)營(yíng)管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)鐵路貨運(yùn)的物流化改革目標(biāo),有效增強(qiáng)鐵路運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力十分重要。 本文在對(duì)鐵路集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的概念、組成要素、作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)以及運(yùn)輸組織等分析梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,將鐵路集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)劃分為路網(wǎng)集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)、樞紐集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)和貨運(yùn)場(chǎng)站集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)三個(gè)層次,分別對(duì)其設(shè)施設(shè)備配置現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析研究,總結(jié)提出鐵路集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)施設(shè)備協(xié)調(diào)配置原則,著重分析能力和技術(shù)條件對(duì)鐵路集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)施設(shè)備配置協(xié)調(diào)性的影響,建立了鐵路集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)施設(shè)備協(xié)調(diào)配置評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)模型。運(yùn)用改進(jìn)的DEA模型分別對(duì)西寧樞紐集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)和焦柳線貨運(yùn)場(chǎng)站集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)例分析,運(yùn)用Matlab進(jìn)行計(jì)算,得出相關(guān)結(jié)論,初步驗(yàn)證了模型的實(shí)用性和可操作性。文中圖19幅,表29個(gè),參
[Abstract]:Abstract: railway transportation system is an important part of railway network. The reasonable allocation of facilities and equipment of railway transportation system, innovation of transportation organization of distribution system, improvement of management and management, and realization of logistics reform goal of railway freight transportation system. It is very important to enhance the market competitiveness of railway transportation products effectively. This paper analyzes the concept, components, operation links and transportation organization of railway transportation system. The railway transportation system is divided into three levels: road network distribution system, hub distribution system and freight terminal distribution system. This paper summarizes and puts forward the principle of coordinated allocation of facilities and equipment of railway gathering and distribution system, with emphasis on the analysis of the influence of capability and technical conditions on the coordination of facilities and equipment allocation of railway gathering and distribution system. The evaluation index system and evaluation model of coordinated allocation of facilities and equipment in railway gathering and distribution system are established. The improved DEA model is used to analyze the collection and distribution system of Xining Hub and Jiaoliu Line Freight Terminal respectively. Matlab is used to calculate and draw the relevant conclusions. The practicability and maneuverability of the model are preliminarily verified. There are 19 figures, 29 tables and 29 refs in the paper.
