基于投入產(chǎn)出模型的生產(chǎn)流程能耗敏感性分析

【摘要】:通過納入副產(chǎn)品流向和流量,使拓展后的企業(yè)投入產(chǎn)出模型能夠更全面地反映生產(chǎn)流程中各種物質(zhì)流和能流的相互作用,也能更準(zhǔn)確求出各產(chǎn)品的能值和總能耗.在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合敏感性分析,建立了最終需求量和技術(shù)系數(shù)兩類因素變化對(duì)總能耗影響的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系,從而找到工業(yè)生產(chǎn)流程中影響能耗最關(guān)鍵的因素.計(jì)算分析湘鋼的產(chǎn)品能值和總能耗結(jié)果表明:總能耗的90%以上來(lái)源于化石燃料,而不足10%來(lái)源于外購(gòu)物料的上游能耗;副產(chǎn)品回收利用能減少62.5%的總能耗;焦?fàn)t對(duì)洗精煤的單耗、高爐焦比、1#轉(zhuǎn)爐的鐵水單耗、含鐵物流的利用效率和高爐的技術(shù)優(yōu)化(燒結(jié)礦單耗和煤氣產(chǎn)率)對(duì)能耗影響最為顯著.
[Abstract]:By incorporating by-product flow and flow, the expanded enterprise input-output model can reflect the interaction of all kinds of material flow and energy flow in the production process more comprehensively, and more accurately calculate the energy value and total energy consumption of each product. On this basis, combined with sensitivity analysis, the mathematical relationship between the change of final demand and technical coefficient on total energy consumption is established, and the most critical factors affecting energy consumption in industrial production process are found out. The results show that more than 90% of the total energy consumption comes from fossil fuels, while less than 10% comes from the upstream energy consumption of outsourced materials, and the recovery and utilization of by-products can reduce the total energy consumption by 62.5%. The unit consumption of clean coal in coke oven, hot metal consumption in coke ratio converter of blast furnace, the utilization efficiency of iron-containing logistics and the technical optimization of blast furnace (sinter unit consumption and gas yield) have the most significant influence on energy consumption.
