【摘要】：物流業(yè)是融合運(yùn)輸、倉儲、貨代、信息等產(chǎn)業(yè)的復(fù)合型服務(wù)業(yè),是支撐國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)性、戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的迅猛發(fā)展,物流業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇并存,我國物流業(yè)發(fā)展空間越來越廣闊。中小型物流企業(yè)在激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境中,要留住客戶,要開拓市場,要求物流企業(yè)必須建立滿足客戶需求的物流管理信息系統(tǒng),提高信息化程度,使信息溝通順暢,降低庫存,提高經(jīng)營管理效率,降低運(yùn)營成本,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競爭力。振國物流公司是一家小型第三方物流公司,本文以其為背景,通過調(diào)查研究國內(nèi)物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析物流企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理特征,闡述開發(fā)物流企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的必要性。通過對振國物流公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、公司概況及公司的業(yè)務(wù)流程和數(shù)據(jù)流程進(jìn)行分析,對配送管理、訂單管理、車輛管理、路線管理、配送點(diǎn)管理幾個主要功能模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,建立一個符合小型物流企業(yè)實際情況的管理信息系統(tǒng)。最后對公司的管理信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實施。在理論上,綜合應(yīng)用管理科學(xué)、運(yùn)籌學(xué)、管理信息系統(tǒng)等多學(xué)科的知識,對小型物流企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)做了一些探討,為今后相關(guān)研究或其他領(lǐng)域的企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理問題起一定借鑒作用;在實踐上,對振國物流公司建立一個小型物流企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng),幫助該公司提高運(yùn)營效率,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競爭力,為其他中小物流企業(yè)的物流管理信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Logistics industry is a complex service industry which integrates transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, information and other industries. It is a basic and strategic industry to support the development of national economy. With the rapid development of economic globalization, the development of logistics industry is facing challenges and opportunities. In the fierce market competition environment, small and medium-sized logistics enterprises must establish logistics management information system to meet the needs of customers, improve the level of information, and make information communication smooth, in order to retain customers, to open up markets, and to establish logistics management information systems that meet the needs of customers. Reduce inventory, improve management efficiency, reduce operating costs, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Zhenguo logistics company is a small third party logistics company. Based on its background, this paper analyzes the management characteristics of logistics enterprises by investigating and studying the development status of domestic logistics enterprises. The necessity of developing logistics enterprise management information system is expounded. Through the analysis of organizational structure, company profile, business process and data flow of Zhenguo Logistics Company, distribution management, order management, vehicle management, route management, Several main function modules of distribution point management are studied in detail. On the basis of this, the system design is carried out, and a management information system which accords with the actual situation of small logistics enterprises is established. Finally, the management information system of the company is implemented. In theory, the management information system of small logistics enterprises is discussed by synthesizing the multidisciplinary knowledge of management science, operational research, management information system and so on. In practice, it can help Zhenguo logistics company to establish a small logistics enterprise management information system to help the company improve its operational efficiency. Enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and provide a reference for the development of logistics management information system for other small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.
