面向冷鏈物流農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)感知的TTI動(dòng)態(tài)校準(zhǔn)方法

【摘要】:時(shí)間-溫度指示器(TTI)是一種可以跟蹤冷鏈物流溫度歷程的智能裝置,可以指示相應(yīng)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)。但現(xiàn)有的TTI匹配條件在一定程度上限制了TTI的應(yīng)用范圍,即使TTI滿足了傳統(tǒng)匹配條件的要求,但應(yīng)用效果也會(huì)受到農(nóng)產(chǎn)品采收品質(zhì)波動(dòng)的影響。通過(guò)使用反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程和等量線方法,在原有的匹配過(guò)程中引入了TTI的校準(zhǔn)過(guò)程,并借此推導(dǎo)TTI匹配所需的基本條件,以及校準(zhǔn)過(guò)程所需的參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明,TTI匹配性判斷所需的基本條件僅為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)與TTI的反應(yīng)活化能相等,或兩者等量線存在比例關(guān)系。在此前提下,利用公式推導(dǎo)或等量線的繪制過(guò)程,可以求得靜態(tài)校準(zhǔn)和動(dòng)態(tài)校準(zhǔn)時(shí)所需的相關(guān)參數(shù),經(jīng)過(guò)校準(zhǔn)后的TTI即可與對(duì)應(yīng)的食品完成匹配。校準(zhǔn)過(guò)程的引入可以顯著擴(kuò)大TTI的適用范圍。除此之外,動(dòng)態(tài)校準(zhǔn)模型還可以縮小處于變化中的TTI和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品對(duì)應(yīng)品質(zhì)之間的差值,提高TTI指示貨架期的精確性。最后,通過(guò)使用兩種酶型TTI、兩種不同激活條件的化學(xué)型TTI和玫瑰香葡萄進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明經(jīng)過(guò)合理校正之后TTI的等量線普遍與玫瑰香葡萄的品質(zhì)等量線更接近,對(duì)其指示效果精準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Time-temperature indicator (TTI) is an intelligent device that can track the temperature history of cold chain logistics and indicate the quality of agricultural products. However, the existing TTI matching conditions limit the application range of TTI to some extent. Even if TTI meets the requirements of traditional matching conditions, the application effect will also be affected by the fluctuation of harvest quality of agricultural products. By using the reaction kinetics equation and the isometric method, the calibration process of TTI is introduced into the original matching process, and the basic conditions for TTI matching and the parameters required for the calibration process are derived. The results showed that the basic condition for TTI matching was that the quality of agricultural products was equal to the reaction activation energy of TTI, or that there was a proportional relationship between them. On this premise, the parameters needed for static and dynamic calibration can be obtained by formula derivation or drawing process of isometric line. The calibrated TTI can be matched with the corresponding food. The introduction of the calibration process can significantly expand the scope of application of TTI. In addition, the dynamic calibration model can reduce the difference between the changing TTI and the corresponding quality of agricultural products, and improve the accuracy of TTI indication shelf life. Finally, by using two enzyme types of TTI, two chemical types of TTI and rosy grape with different activation conditions, the experimental results show that the isobaric lines of TTI are generally closer to the quality isobaric lines of rosy grapes after reasonable correction. The indication effect is accurate.
