【摘要】：農(nóng)社對接作為惠及廣大人民的生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品直銷方式,既能促進農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,又能為城市居民帶來便利,受到我國各地區(qū)的大力推廣。然而我國農(nóng)社對接運行時間較短,尚處于起步發(fā)展階段,相關(guān)理論和實踐還不成熟,整體的農(nóng)社對接物流配送體系還不夠健全;最終導(dǎo)致物流配送模式偏向單一,經(jīng)營主體選擇物流配送模式時存在盲目性,沒有對自身物流能力進行準確的分析和定位�；诖�,本文對農(nóng)社對接下生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送模式進行研究,以期為經(jīng)營主體選擇合理的配送模式提供選擇依據(jù),有助于促進農(nóng)社對接項目的大力推廣。本文從生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流和農(nóng)社對接相關(guān)理論出發(fā),結(jié)合實際運行情況,首先介紹了農(nóng)社對接下生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送的基本現(xiàn)狀及其特點,分析農(nóng)社對接關(guān)于配送方面涉及的問題,剖析農(nóng)社對接下幾種基本農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送模式,最終提出基于基本模式改進的混合物流配送模式;并從成本和風(fēng)險、經(jīng)營主體管控等五個角度對四種模式進行綜合比較,指出每種模式在不同的對比因素下的優(yōu)缺點。然后,確定農(nóng)社對接下選擇物流配送模式的流程,并歸納影響農(nóng)社對接物流配送模式選擇的因素,主要有物流配送成本、物流配送服務(wù)、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品特性和經(jīng)營主體狀況四個方面,從而為選擇合理配送模式構(gòu)建指標體系,通過層次分析法(AHP),分別采用模糊綜合和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)法進行綜合決策選擇;最后將理論分析和模型應(yīng)用于實例,得出案例企業(yè)選擇混合物流配送模式可以提高末端配送效率、降低物流成本、有利于發(fā)展核心業(yè)務(wù),具有一定參考價值,同時也為同行經(jīng)營主體選擇合理的物流配送模式提供選擇依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As a direct marketing method of fresh agricultural products benefiting the broad masses of people, it can not only promote the rapid development of agricultural economy, but also bring convenience to urban residents, which has been vigorously popularized in various regions of our country.However, the running time of rural social service docking in our country is short, it is still in the initial stage of development, the relevant theory and practice are not mature, and the whole logistics distribution system of agricultural society docking logistics is not perfect enough.There is blindness in the choice of logistics distribution mode, and there is no accurate analysis and positioning of its own logistics ability.Based on this, this paper studies the logistics distribution mode of fresh agricultural products under the joint of agricultural society, in order to provide the basis for the selection of reasonable distribution mode for the main body of business, and help to promote the promotion of the joint project of agricultural society.Based on the related theory of fresh agricultural product logistics and agricultural society docking, combined with the actual operation, this paper first introduces the basic status and characteristics of fresh agricultural product logistics distribution under agricultural society docking.This paper analyzes the problems involved in the distribution of agricultural society docking, analyzes several basic agricultural product distribution modes, and finally puts forward a hybrid logistics distribution model based on the basic model, and from the cost and risk,This paper compares the four models from five angles of management and control, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of each model under different contrasting factors.Then, it determines the process of selecting logistics distribution mode under the connection of rural society, and induces the factors that affect the selection of logistics distribution mode, mainly including logistics distribution cost, logistics distribution service, agricultural product characteristics and management main body status.Therefore, in order to select a reasonable distribution model to construct the index system, the fuzzy synthesis and grey correlation method are adopted to select the comprehensive decision by AHP, and finally, the theoretical analysis and model are applied to an example.It is concluded that the selection of mixed logistics distribution mode by case enterprises can improve the efficiency of terminal distribution, reduce logistics costs, and be beneficial to the development of core business, which has certain reference value.At the same time, it also provides the basis for the peers to choose a reasonable logistics distribution model.
