【摘要】：隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在企業(yè)營銷物流中的應(yīng)用,企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)源由原來單一集中的特點(diǎn)變成分散和片段,同時(shí)企業(yè)各個(gè)部門擁有獨(dú)自信息管理系統(tǒng),相互割裂,形成信息孤島,不能實(shí)現(xiàn)各部門的價(jià)值信息數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)分析匯總,不能為管理者提供科學(xué)、實(shí)效的決策依據(jù)。該現(xiàn)象已成為企業(yè)急需解決的問題,同時(shí)也是學(xué)者們研究的熱點(diǎn)課題。本論文以某醫(yī)藥企業(yè)為應(yīng)用背景,通過研究其內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)情況,在數(shù)據(jù)倉庫技術(shù)、決策支持系統(tǒng)技術(shù)、移動(dòng)中間件技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)有效利用企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),探索企業(yè)經(jīng)營發(fā)展的規(guī)律,并提供科學(xué)的企業(yè)指標(biāo)評價(jià)體系,以B/S(Browser/Server)架構(gòu)Web應(yīng)用服務(wù)器、移動(dòng)手機(jī)、平板平臺進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。首先從決策支持系統(tǒng)的概念、發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀入手,研究了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外決策支持技術(shù)與數(shù)據(jù)倉庫技術(shù)在企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用。其次,根據(jù)某醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況分析,以現(xiàn)有各信息系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)作為數(shù)據(jù)源,研究企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)倉庫的多維數(shù)據(jù)模型,完成整體系統(tǒng)的搭建。再次,通過研究數(shù)據(jù)挖掘決策樹算法,在基于決策樹ID3、C4.5對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,找到一種改進(jìn)的適應(yīng)企業(yè)的決策樹分類方法;并且通過研究使用帕雷托分析法建立庫存管理評價(jià)模型。最后,研究移動(dòng)中間件技術(shù),結(jié)合所搭建的決策支持架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)倉庫及所研究的模型算法,基于SSH(Struts,Spring,Hibernate)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與MVC(Model View Controller)模式,完成并實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)決策支持系統(tǒng)的原型系統(tǒng)以及基于中間件的移動(dòng)服務(wù)平臺。
[Abstract]:With the application of networking technology in enterprise marketing logistics, characteristics of enterprise data sources into a single centralized and dispersed the original fragments, each department has own information management system, at the same time separate from each other and form the information isolated island, the value of information data of each department of automatic analysis can be realized, can provide the scientific management, effectiveness the basis for decision making. The phenomenon has become urgent problems, but also the hot spots of research topic. In this paper, a pharmaceutical enterprise as the background, through the research of the internal system, the technology of data warehouse, decision support system technology based mobile middleware technology, realize the effective use of enterprise data exploration the development of the enterprise law, and provides the enterprise evaluation index system of science, B/S (Browser/Server) architecture of Web application server, mobile phone, tablet Platform of the system. Firstly, from the concept of decision support system, the development process and the status quo of research at home and abroad application of decision support technology and data warehouse technology in enterprise. Secondly, according to the analysis of the actual situation of a pharmaceutical enterprise, to the information system of the data as the data source, the multidimensional data model research enterprise data warehouse, built the whole system. Thirdly, through the research of data mining decision tree algorithm in decision tree based on ID3, the basis of the analysis of C4.5 data, find an improved decision tree classification method to adapt to the enterprise; and studied by using Pareto method to establish inventory management evaluation model. Finally, research on mobile middleware technology, combined with the construction of the framework of decision support, data warehouse and the model algorithm based on SSH (Struts, Spring, Hibernate and MVC (Mode) standard L View Controller) mode, complete and implement the prototype system of the enterprise decision support system and the mobile service platform based on middleware.
