中泰跨境電子商務(wù)調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,跨境電子商務(wù)已經(jīng)成為了當(dāng)今世界上一種新型的貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)。各國貿(mào)易往來的增多使跨境電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展成為了一種勢不可擋的趨勢。近年來,我國跨境電子商務(wù)發(fā)展迅速,交易規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,在進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易額中所占比例也不斷提高,中國跨境電子商務(wù)的交易規(guī)模在2016年達(dá)到了6.3萬億元,中泰跨境電子商務(wù)也隨之發(fā)展起來。泰國在地緣政治上位于東盟地區(qū)的核心地帶,是“一帶一路”中東盟的物流、貿(mào)易和金融中心,連接了中國和東盟市場,中泰兩國跨境電子商務(wù)孕育著巨大的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。隨著中泰貿(mào)易往來的不斷擴(kuò)大,跨境電子商務(wù)在兩國貿(mào)易往來中將發(fā)揮愈發(fā)重要的作用。目前,中國國內(nèi)的電商市場開始進(jìn)入飽和期,而東南亞地區(qū)是電子商務(wù)新興市場,剛處于發(fā)展初期,電商平臺之間的競爭相對溫和。泰國的跨境電子商務(wù)發(fā)展較晚,但泰國政府也看到了跨境電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的巨大潛力。2016年泰國電商規(guī)模在2300億到2400億泰銖之間,增幅15%以上。近年來,泰國正積極推進(jìn)電子商務(wù)及跨境電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展。本文通過查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)外學(xué)者針對中泰跨境電子商務(wù)的相關(guān)研究較少,對中泰跨境電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展概況及問題分析也不多。本人利用去泰國實(shí)習(xí)的機(jī)會,以泰國人的視角對泰國跨境電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展歷程、交易規(guī)模、交易平臺、交易商品、支付方式、物流運(yùn)輸、法律法規(guī)等進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)查研究。同時還設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問卷對泰國消費(fèi)者參與跨境網(wǎng)購進(jìn)行個人基本情況、個人網(wǎng)購情況、物流運(yùn)輸情況、跨境網(wǎng)購服務(wù)情況四個方面的實(shí)地調(diào)查,并通過對泰國最大的跨境電商平臺Lazada進(jìn)行案例剖析,簡述Lazada的基本網(wǎng)站簡介及運(yùn)營情況,并親自在Lazada上體驗(yàn)購物。通過統(tǒng)計(jì)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)目前中泰跨境電子商務(wù)發(fā)展還存在物流、支付、法律法規(guī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等方面的制約因素,也看到了隨著“一帶一路”的繼續(xù)推進(jìn),作為新興商業(yè)形態(tài)的中泰跨境電子商務(wù)面臨著巨大的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了加快中泰跨境電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的建議,供有關(guān)部門、企業(yè)和個體在中泰跨境電子商務(wù)發(fā)展原有的基礎(chǔ)上如何進(jìn)一步拓展有所啟迪。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology, cross-border e-commerce has become a new trade industry in the world.The increase of trade between countries makes the development of cross-border e-commerce an irresistible trend.In recent years, China's cross-border electronic commerce has developed rapidly, the scale of transactions has been continuously expanding, and the proportion of import and export trade volume has been increasing. The scale of cross-border electronic commerce transactions in China has reached 6.3 trillion yuan in 2016.Sino-Thai cross-border e-commerce also developed along with it.Thailand is located in the core of ASEAN region in geopolitics. It is the logistics, trade and financial center of "Belt and Road". It connects China and ASEAN market, and the cross-border e-commerce between China and Thailand gives birth to huge development opportunities.With the expansion of trade between China and Thailand, cross-border electronic commerce will play an increasingly important role in the trade between the two countries.At present, China's domestic e-commerce market is beginning to enter the saturation period, while Southeast Asia is an emerging e-commerce market, in the early stages of its development, the competition between e-commerce platforms is relatively mild.Thailand's cross-border e-commerce development is late, but the Thai government also sees huge potential for cross-border e-commerce development. In 2016, Thailand's e-commerce business scale between 230 billion and 240 billion baht, an increase of more than 15 percent.In recent years, Thailand is actively promoting the development of e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce.By consulting relevant literature, this paper finds that scholars at home and abroad have few researches on cross-border e-commerce between China and Thailand, and there are few general situation and problem analysis of cross-border e-commerce between China and Thailand.Taking advantage of my internship in Thailand, I made a field investigation on the development of cross-border electronic commerce in Thailand from the perspective of Thai people, including the development of cross-border electronic commerce in Thailand, the scale of transactions, trading platforms, commodities, payment methods, logistics and transportation, laws and regulations, and so on.At the same time, a questionnaire was designed to investigate the basic situation of Thai consumers participating in cross-border online shopping, the situation of personal online shopping, the situation of logistics and transportation, and the situation of cross-border online shopping services.By analyzing the case of Lazada, the largest cross-border e-commerce platform in Thailand, this paper briefly introduces the basic website and operation of Lazada, and personally experiences shopping on Lazada.Through statistical analysis, we found that there are still some restrictive factors in the development of cross-border e-commerce between China and Thailand, such as logistics, payment, laws and regulations, network infrastructure, and so on. We also see that as "Belt and Road" continues to advance,As a new commercial form, Sino-Thai cross-border e-commerce is facing great development opportunities.On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to speed up the development of cross-border electronic commerce between China and Thailand, for the relevant departments, enterprises and individuals how to further expand the development of cross-border e-commerce between China and Thailand on the basis of the original basis.
