【摘要】：國家的現(xiàn)代化開啟了新時代,電話和網(wǎng)絡(luò)普及、農(nóng)民工大潮、城鄉(xiāng)差距縮小……種種因素造就了今天的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代,沖擊著傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村生活。與此同時,我們國家迎來了文化遺產(chǎn)時代,非遺保護逐漸進入常態(tài)化�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)時代與文化遺產(chǎn)時代的相遇產(chǎn)生了一系列文化現(xiàn)象:文化物流、文化流變、文化融合、文化同質(zhì)、文化衍生、文化功利……這些為非遺傳承帶來挑戰(zhàn)。國家在非遺保護與傳承工作中不斷實施新政策、新方案,尤其是文化部與教育部自2015年起開展的中國非遺傳承人群研修研習(xí)計劃,成為近幾年非遺傳承工作的重要舉措。非遺傳承與保護實踐工作的推進,讓我們思考互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的傳承該如何由文化自發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)向文化自覺。大學(xué)非遺、社區(qū)非遺、少年非遺、海外非遺等傳承的關(guān)鍵詞,應(yīng)當(dāng)在這個傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代不斷碰撞的時代引發(fā)我們的思考和實踐。
[Abstract]:The modernization of our country has opened a new era, with the popularity of telephone and Internet, the tide of migrant workers and the narrowing of the gap between urban and rural areas. Our country ushered in the era of cultural heritage, and the protection of non-heritage gradually entered the norm. The encounter between the Internet era and the era of cultural heritage has produced a series of cultural phenomena: cultural logistics, cultural evolution, cultural integration, cultural homogeneity, cultural derivation. Cultural utilitarian. These bring challenges to the inheritance of non-legacy. The state has been implementing new policies and programs in the protection and inheritance of non-legacy, in particular, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education, since 2015, have launched the Chinese Research and study Program for the Non-Legacy of the bequeathed people. In recent years, it has become an important measure in the work of non-legacy inheritance. With the promotion of the practice of non-heritage inheritance and protection, let us think about how the inheritance of the Internet age should be transferred spontaneously from culture to cultural consciousness. The key words of overseas inheritance should arouse our thinking and practice in this era of continuous collision between tradition and modernity.
