基于拉氏方法的道路貨物運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)編制模型與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展以及道路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的不斷完善,我國(guó)道路貨運(yùn)市場(chǎng)規(guī)模日益壯大,取得了顯著的發(fā)展。然而,貨運(yùn)市場(chǎng)也存在供需關(guān)系失衡,運(yùn)輸價(jià)格高低不一,低價(jià)惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)普遍等現(xiàn)象。運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)能夠客觀及時(shí)地反映貨運(yùn)市場(chǎng)的價(jià)格波動(dòng)趨勢(shì),為政府、企業(yè)制定決策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。因此,研究編制我國(guó)道路貨物運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,具體工作如下:(1)道路貨物運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)編制模型研究。在綜合分析國(guó)內(nèi)外典型運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)及編制方法的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段道路貨運(yùn)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),分析了道路貨物運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)的需求,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)由區(qū)域、里程、運(yùn)輸組織方式、貨物重量類型、運(yùn)輸速度等一系列因素組成的道路貨物運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)體系。在此基礎(chǔ)上,基于拉氏指數(shù)編制方法,針對(duì)道路貨物運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)的各個(gè)要素進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),包括編制方法、樣本線路、基期以及權(quán)數(shù)的選擇等,建立了道路貨物運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)編模型。(2)道路貨物運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)編制實(shí)證應(yīng)用及分析。采集阿里巴巴物流服務(wù)平臺(tái)上的物流資源交易數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用道路貨物運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)編制模型,編制了浙江省道路貨物運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)體系,并將其與PMI指數(shù)、中國(guó)出口集裝箱運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)以及中國(guó)公路物流運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果顯示,本文編制的基于拉氏方法的道路貨運(yùn)價(jià)格指數(shù)是科學(xué)合理的。(3)道路貨物運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)編制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。基于軟件工程方法設(shè)計(jì)了道路貨物運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)編制系統(tǒng)。并以Microsoft visual studio 2010作為集成開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境,采用C#語(yǔ)言予以編程實(shí)現(xiàn),從而為道路貨物運(yùn)輸價(jià)格指數(shù)編制和管理提供自動(dòng)化工具。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's national economy and the continuous improvement of road infrastructure, the scale of the road freight market in China is growing day by day and has made remarkable development. However, there is also imbalance between supply and demand in the freight transport market, and the transport prices vary. The transport price index can objectively and timely reflect the trend of price fluctuation in the freight market and provide scientific basis for the government and enterprises to make decisions. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and compile the road freight transport price index in China. The specific work is as follows: 1) study on the model of the road freight transport price index. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the typical transport price index and its compilation methods at home and abroad, aiming at the characteristics of the development of our country's road freight market at present, This paper analyzes the demand of road freight transport price index, designs a road freight transport price index system which consists of a series of factors, such as region, mileage, transportation organization mode, cargo weight type, transportation speed and so on. Based on the Lagrangian index compilation method, this paper designs the various elements of the road freight transport price index, including the compilation method, sample line, base period and weight selection, etc. The empirical application and analysis of the compilation of road freight transport price index are established. The transaction data of logistics resources on Alibaba logistics service platform are collected, and the model of road freight transport price index is established. The price index system of road freight transportation in Zhejiang province is compiled, and the correlation analysis is carried out with PMI index, China export container transport price index and China road logistics transport price index. In this paper, the design and implementation of the road freight transport price index compiling system based on the Laplace method is scientific and reasonable. Based on the software engineering method, the road freight transport price index compilation is designed. And take Microsoft visual studio 2010 as the integrated development environment, C # language is used to realize this program, which provides an automatic tool for the compilation and management of road freight transport price index.
