基于能力重塑的電商企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型

【摘要】:在"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"和大數(shù)據(jù)背景下,我國(guó)電商企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境發(fā)生變化,不僅行業(yè)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,而且跨界競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的現(xiàn)象也很普遍。電商企業(yè)如何發(fā)揮現(xiàn)有優(yōu)勢(shì),成功實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,是目前電商企業(yè)亟待解決的瓶頸問題。本文首先分析了電商企業(yè)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的動(dòng)因及能力重塑的需求,在此基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒亞馬遜和e Bay兩大國(guó)際電商巨頭在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的得失經(jīng)驗(yàn),基于阿里巴巴、京東等國(guó)內(nèi)電商企業(yè)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型所處的環(huán)境,從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別能力、線上線下能力、物流配送能力三個(gè)關(guān)鍵方面論述了電商企業(yè)能力重塑需求點(diǎn);闡述戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的六大關(guān)鍵要素,最后提出了戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型路徑。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "Internet" and "big data", the competitive environment of our country's e-commerce enterprises has changed, not only the competition in the industry is fierce, but also the phenomenon of cross-border competition is very common. The realization of sustainable development is the bottleneck of e-commerce enterprises to be solved. Firstly, this paper analyzes the motivation of strategic transformation and the demand of ability remodeling of e-commerce enterprises, on the basis of which, Based on the experience of the two international e-commerce giants Amazon and e Bay in the Chinese market, and based on the environment in which domestic e-commerce enterprises, such as Alibaba and JingDong, are undergoing strategic transformation, they are able to identify risks, be able to identify risks online and offline. This paper discusses three key aspects of logistics distribution ability, discusses the demand point of ability remodeling of e-commerce enterprises, expounds the six key elements of strategic transformation, and finally puts forward the path of strategic transformation.
