【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,21世紀(jì)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,電子標(biāo)簽漸漸的走入了人們的生活。在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,例如物流、倉儲(chǔ)、衛(wèi)生醫(yī)療、食品、交通、生活服務(wù)等,RFID技術(shù)均有不同的應(yīng)用[1]。在射頻電子標(biāo)簽封裝領(lǐng)域,我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段仍舊處在初始階段,各項(xiàng)技術(shù)不夠成熟,面對(duì)現(xiàn)在市場(chǎng)的迫切需求,發(fā)展RFID封裝技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為了必然的趨勢(shì)。目前市場(chǎng)上的主流封裝設(shè)備依舊主要來自進(jìn)口,國(guó)產(chǎn)設(shè)備的市場(chǎng)占有率很低。而面對(duì)RFID市場(chǎng)的爆發(fā)式增長(zhǎng),對(duì)電子標(biāo)簽封裝設(shè)備的需求也急劇上升,在視場(chǎng)的大環(huán)境下,發(fā)展RFID設(shè)備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)無疑是一個(gè)巨大的商機(jī),同時(shí)也是打破國(guó)外技術(shù)壟斷最直接的方式方法。通過對(duì)市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,對(duì)現(xiàn)有設(shè)備的分析研究,在我們共同的努力下,實(shí)現(xiàn)了初步的設(shè)備研制與開發(fā)。對(duì)于剛接觸封裝設(shè)備制造工藝的我們而言,在設(shè)備的研發(fā)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)了許多問題,并在設(shè)備生產(chǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)了很多需要改進(jìn)的地方。因此進(jìn)行了第二次的研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì),本文主要是針對(duì)新設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)的RFID封裝設(shè)備中點(diǎn)膠單元進(jìn)行的分析與研究。在點(diǎn)膠系統(tǒng)中,可以簡(jiǎn)單的分為機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)模塊和電動(dòng)控制模塊,本文主要以電動(dòng)控制為主,機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)為輔的架構(gòu)為大家介紹了點(diǎn)膠單元。點(diǎn)膠單元通過機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)和電動(dòng)控制的相結(jié)合完成點(diǎn)膠工作。文章對(duì)其中涉及到的電動(dòng)控制、圖像識(shí)別、環(huán)境因素等方面進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析。并對(duì)通過實(shí)際生產(chǎn)操作而發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題提出了改進(jìn)方案,并進(jìn)行了實(shí)際論證。對(duì)于RFID封裝設(shè)備而言,點(diǎn)膠系統(tǒng)作為封裝工序的第一步,對(duì)后續(xù)的封裝結(jié)果有著相當(dāng)重要的影響。點(diǎn)膠精度與點(diǎn)膠結(jié)果決定了下一步工序的準(zhǔn)確性,所以點(diǎn)膠單元對(duì)于整個(gè)RFID設(shè)備有著至關(guān)重要的作用。本文主要介紹了射頻電子標(biāo)簽封裝機(jī)的點(diǎn)膠系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,其中對(duì)點(diǎn)膠系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)模式和相關(guān)參數(shù)做了一定的介紹,并且對(duì)于點(diǎn)膠單元的改進(jìn)做出了一些設(shè)想。由于點(diǎn)膠結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)是由團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào)工作的成果,因此其中涉及相關(guān)問題并未做出詳細(xì)的敘述。做為設(shè)備研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際參與者,通過對(duì)RFID技術(shù)的接觸與了解,學(xué)到了許多該領(lǐng)域的知識(shí),同時(shí)也在實(shí)際的生產(chǎn)調(diào)試過程中得到了許多經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技術(shù)突破,為后續(xù)RFID封裝設(shè)備的改進(jìn)升級(jí)積累了寶貴財(cái)富。本文旨在通過對(duì)工作過程中所涉及的相關(guān)內(nèi)容及相關(guān)結(jié)論成果進(jìn)行概述進(jìn)而使大家了解RDID設(shè)備的相關(guān)知識(shí),可以對(duì)RFID產(chǎn)業(yè)的后續(xù)發(fā)展提供寶貴意見。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of the logistics industry in the 21st century, electronic labels have gradually entered people's lives. In various fields, such as logistics, warehousing, health care, food, transportation. Life service and RFID technology all have different applications. [1. In the field of RFID tag packaging, our country is still in the initial stage, the technology is not mature enough, facing the urgent needs of the market. The development of RFID packaging technology has become an inevitable trend. At present, the mainstream packaging equipment in the market is still mainly from the import. The market share of domestic equipment is very low. In the face of explosive growth of RFID market, the demand for tag packaging equipment is also rising sharply, in the field of view environment. The development of RFID equipment manufacturing industry is undoubtedly a huge business opportunity, but also the most direct way to break the foreign technology monopoly. With our joint efforts, the initial equipment development and development has been realized. For us who have just come into contact with the manufacturing process of packaging equipment, many problems have been found in the process of equipment research and development. And in the process of equipment production experiments found a lot of areas for improvement, so the second R & D design. This paper mainly focuses on the analysis and research of the dispensing unit in the newly designed RFID packaging equipment. In the dispensing system, it can be simply divided into the mechanical motion module and the electric control module. This paper mainly focuses on electric control. The mechanical structure of the auxiliary framework for the introduction of dispensing unit. Dispensing unit through the combination of mechanical motion and electric control to complete the dispensing work. This paper relates to the electric control, image recognition. Environmental factors and other aspects of the relevant analysis, and through the actual production of the problems found in the improvement scheme, and the actual demonstration. For RFID packaging equipment. As the first step of the packaging process, the dispensing system has a very important impact on the subsequent packaging results. The accuracy of the next step is determined by the dispensing accuracy and the dispensing results. So the dispensing unit plays an important role in the whole RFID equipment. This paper mainly introduces the relevant contents of the dispensing system of RFID tag sealing machine. The motion mode and related parameters of the dispensing system are introduced, and some assumptions are made for the improvement of the dispensing unit, because the design and development of the dispensing structure is the result of coordinated work by the team. Therefore, the related issues are not described in detail. As the actual participants in equipment development and production, through the contact and understanding of RFID technology, we have learned a lot of knowledge in this field. At the same time, many experiences and technical breakthroughs have been obtained in the actual production and debugging process. This paper aims to summarize the relevant contents and conclusions involved in the process of work, so as to make everyone understand the phase of RDID equipment. Knowledge. Can provide valuable advice to the follow-up development of RFID industry.
