【摘要】：《孫子兵法》蘊(yùn)含著豐富的人力資源管理思想,從制定政策、選擇任用干部、組織管理等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為層次考察,可以得到很多的理論啟示。孫子的廟算、知己知彼、非利不動(dòng)等思想是對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策行為的結(jié)果評(píng)估、資源評(píng)估和價(jià)值評(píng)估。孫子關(guān)于將帥素質(zhì)、任用標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以及重視和使用特殊人才等觀點(diǎn),今天依然是重要的人事管理思想。對(duì)于目標(biāo)任務(wù)的完成,孫子分別從建章立制、嚴(yán)格獎(jiǎng)懲、激發(fā)斗志、營造氛圍等方面進(jìn)行了論述。
[Abstract]:The Art of War of Sun Tzu contains abundant thoughts of human resource management. It can get a lot of theoretical enlightenment from making policies, choosing cadres, organizing and managing and so on. Sun Tzu's temple calculation, self-knowledge, non-profit immobility and so on are the results evaluation, resource evaluation and value evaluation of leaders' decision-making behavior. Sun Tzu's views on the quality of the general, the standard of appointment, and the importance and use of special talents are still important thoughts of personnel management today. For the completion of the goal task, Sun Tzu respectively from the establishment of a system, strict rewards and punishments, stimulate fighting spirit, create an atmosphere and so on.
