【摘要】：許多人都記得 ,2 0世紀(jì) 80年代初 ,一部《領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)》的著作轟動(dòng)全國 ,從此領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)作為一門學(xué)科研究備受理論界和決策者的關(guān)注。這部著作的第一作者便是夏禹龍教授 ,他還寫了大量的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)論著 ,都有廣泛的影響。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì) ,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的深化 ,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)型也就成為必然。適逢夏禹龍教授講學(xué)的機(jī)會(huì) ,筆者有幸當(dāng)面請教了這位學(xué)術(shù)前輩。
[Abstract]:Many people remember that in the early 1980s, a book on the basis of leadership Science caused a stir in the whole country. Since then, the study of leadership Science as a discipline has attracted the attention of the theorists and decision makers. The first author of the book was Professor Xia Yulong, who also wrote a number of economic treatises, all of which had a wide range of influences. Enter the new century, with the deepening of economic and social transformation, leadership transformation will become inevitable. At the opportunity of Professor Xia Yulong's lecture, I had the honour to consult this academic predecessor in person.
