[Abstract]:The analysis of positive leader's role performance is an important tool to study leadership effectiveness and an important angle of view to study leadership style. In analyzing the national policy, political scientists Gothiedo Gorombis and Jeames Wolfe used the individual characteristic variable and the role variable as the important factors to investigate and understand the national politics.
