【摘要】：通過形式化的模型,利用馬爾可夫鏈過程描述企業(yè)知識狀態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)移,通過對不同知識戰(zhàn)略變化的凈現(xiàn)值比較,得出知識戰(zhàn)略的優(yōu)劣.從柔性的時間維度與范圍維度研究企業(yè)在3類不同知識狀態(tài)下,所采用的知識狀態(tài)變化的戰(zhàn)略決策.
[Abstract]:Through the formal model, the Markov chain process is used to describe the transfer of enterprise knowledge state, and the net present value of different knowledge strategy changes is compared. The advantages and disadvantages of knowledge strategy are obtained. The strategic decision of the change of knowledge state adopted by enterprises under three different knowledge states is studied from the flexible time dimension and scope dimension.
