【摘要】：伴隨平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來(lái),有關(guān)科技平臺(tái)建設(shè)、運(yùn)作、管理等主題的文獻(xiàn)相應(yīng)增多,但多集中于某一類科技平臺(tái),缺少大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下科技平臺(tái)集成系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建與運(yùn)作。為此,可構(gòu)建集科技基礎(chǔ)條件大數(shù)據(jù)子平臺(tái)、科技研發(fā)大數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)子平臺(tái)、科技轉(zhuǎn)化與交易大數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)子平臺(tái)和產(chǎn)業(yè)科技大數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)子平臺(tái)于一體的科技大數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),并基于各子平臺(tái)的服務(wù)內(nèi)容與定位,分別設(shè)計(jì)政府主導(dǎo)、獨(dú)立第三方主導(dǎo)與企業(yè)主導(dǎo)的三種運(yùn)作模式�？萍即髷�(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)作應(yīng)以政府主導(dǎo)子平臺(tái)為基礎(chǔ),重點(diǎn)培育企業(yè)主導(dǎo)型子平臺(tái),逐步拓展獨(dú)立第三方平臺(tái)的應(yīng)用空間。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of platform economy, the literature on the construction, operation and management of scientific and technological platforms has increased correspondingly, but most of them are concentrated on a certain type of scientific and technological platforms, lacking the construction and operation of integrated systems of scientific and technological platforms under the environment of big data. We can set up a scientific and technological basic condition big data sub-platform, science and technology research and development big data service sub-platform, science and technology transformation and transaction big data service sub-platform and industrial science and technology big data service sub-platform in one of the scientific and technological big data service platform system architecture. Based on the service content and positioning of each sub-platform, the paper designs three operation modes of government-led, independent third-party and enterprise-led respectively. The operation of sci-tech big data service platform system should be based on government-led sub-platform. Focus on the cultivation of enterprise-led sub-platform, gradually expand the application of independent third-party platform space.
