【摘要】：XX通信設計公司前身為電信公司下屬技術支撐單位,2007年公司重組改制成為中國通信服務集團公司旗下的一個子公司,由一個電信企業(yè)內部的技術支撐單位轉變?yōu)橐粋�市場化的企業(yè)。企業(yè)改制后,企業(yè)內外環(huán)境和組織架構發(fā)生了極大的變化,企業(yè)規(guī)模急劇增大。短短幾年內,企業(yè)人員由不足百人擴展到600余人,企業(yè)年營業(yè)收入由千萬元達到上億元,設計服務的范圍及半徑日益增大,內部管理壓力與日俱增。 本文以XX通信設計公司為研究對象,從公司的運營現(xiàn)狀入手,通過對該企業(yè)的實地調研相結合,深入分析企業(yè)轉型對公司運營產生的影響,歸納總結該公司在近幾年高速發(fā)展中存在的瓶頸和暴露的問題。并針對公司現(xiàn)行運行模式存在的主要問題,結合事業(yè)部制的基本理論對該企業(yè)推行事業(yè)部制內在動因進行深入研究,提出了該企業(yè)推行事業(yè)部制的可行性與必然性。本論文共分為五大部分：第一部分為緒論；第二部為事業(yè)部制相關理論概述；,第三部分為XX通信設計公司的組織架構分析；第四部分為事業(yè)部制方案設計；第五部分為事業(yè)部制改革可能存在的問題及解決措施。 本文希望通過對XX通信設計公司事業(yè)部制改革的研究,達到提高企業(yè)經營管理水平,使企業(yè)長期、持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的目的,并為設計單位的事業(yè)部制的改革提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:In 2007, XX Communications Design Company, formerly a technical support unit of the telecom company, became a subsidiary of China Communications Services Group Company. From a technical support unit within a telecommunications enterprise to a market-oriented enterprise. After the restructuring of the enterprise, great changes have taken place in the internal and external environment and organizational structure of the enterprise, and the scale of the enterprise has increased dramatically. Enterprise personnel from less than 100 people to more than 600 people, business income from 10 million yuan to hundreds of million yuan, design service range and radius is increasing, internal management pressure is increasing day by day. In this paper, XX Communication Design Company as the research object, from the company's operational status, through the field investigation of the enterprise, in-depth analysis of the impact of enterprise transformation on the operation of the company, This paper summarizes the bottleneck and exposed problems existing in the rapid development of the company in recent years, and aims at the main problems existing in the current operating mode of the company. Combined with the basic theory of the enterprise ministry system, this paper makes a thorough study on the internal motivation of the enterprise's implementation of the enterprise ministry system, and puts forward the feasibility and inevitability of the enterprise's implementation of the enterprise ministry system. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction; The second part is an overview of the relevant theories, the third part is the analysis of the organization structure of XX Communication Design Company; the 4th part is the design of the program of the Ministry of Business; and the 5th part is the possible problems and solutions of the reform of the Ministry of Business. This paper hopes that through the research on the reform of the enterprise department system of XX communication design company, it can improve the management level of the enterprise, make the enterprise develop for a long time, continuously and stably, and provide some reference for the reform of the enterprise ministry system of the design unit.
