【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、通訊與信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,智能樓宇及相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的規(guī)模也越來(lái)越龐大,如何管理好智能樓宇項(xiàng)目,是目前急待解決的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。項(xiàng)目管理的原理給我們提供了解決智能樓宇項(xiàng)目管理問(wèn)題的依據(jù),因此各相關(guān)企業(yè)都在積極將項(xiàng)目管理引入到開發(fā)及實(shí)施活動(dòng)中。 在智能樓宇項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程中,項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃和控制管理是決定項(xiàng)目能否順利實(shí)施的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容。本論文對(duì)智能樓宇項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃及控制過(guò)程中的具體方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,為智能樓宇從業(yè)企業(yè)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理提供參考,并依據(jù)江蘇電信第二通信樞紐大樓智能化系統(tǒng)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目論述了智能樓宇項(xiàng)目管理的方法在實(shí)際項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用。本論文致力于選擇適合的項(xiàng)目管理方法,主要從三個(gè)方面介紹了項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)與方法在智能樓宇項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中的應(yīng)用過(guò)程： 第一部分為智能樓宇項(xiàng)目管理的分析、設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)劃階段,分析、設(shè)計(jì)及計(jì)劃對(duì)所有項(xiàng)目來(lái)說(shuō)都是至關(guān)重要的,對(duì)于智能樓宇項(xiàng)目就尤為重要了,任何管理工作都不會(huì)忽視這一過(guò)程,在這一階段要與用戶充分溝通,深入理解用戶需求,在此基礎(chǔ)上形成計(jì)劃。 第二部分項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行階段,智能樓宇項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行過(guò)程也就是執(zhí)行計(jì)劃、實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的過(guò)程。過(guò)程總是能決定項(xiàng)目的成敗,我們希望項(xiàng)目能按照所計(jì)劃的那樣,順利地達(dá)到目標(biāo),這樣,在實(shí)施過(guò)程中必須進(jìn)行控制�？刂凭褪潜容^項(xiàng)目所在的位置與應(yīng)該在的位置,并在發(fā)生偏差時(shí)采取糾正措施。 論文的最后從對(duì)江蘇電信第二通信樞紐大樓智能化系統(tǒng)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際應(yīng)用中總結(jié)出對(duì)智能樓宇實(shí)施實(shí)行項(xiàng)目管理的重要性和注意方面。對(duì)公司以后的智能樓宇項(xiàng)目管理有著重要的指導(dǎo)的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology, the rapid development of communication and information technology, intelligent buildings and related systems are increasingly large scale, how to manage the intelligent building project, is a urgent problem. The principle of project management provides a solution of intelligent building project management problems according to us, so the relevant enterprises are actively introduced the project management to the development and implementation of the work.
In the intelligent building in the process of project management, project planning and control management is the key content of decision can be implemented successfully. The system research on the specific method of intelligent building project planning and control process, provide a reference for the intelligent building business enterprise project management application, and on the basis of intelligent communications hub building of Jiangsu Telecom second the system project discusses intelligent building project management method in the actual project. This thesis aims to choose the suitable method of project management, mainly from the three aspects of application of the project management knowledge and methods in the intelligent building of the project:
The first part is the analysis of intelligent building project management, design and analysis of the planning stage, design and planning is vital to all projects, for the intelligent building project is particularly important, any management work will not be ignored in this process, the full communication with the user at this stage, in-depth understanding of user needs, the formation of on the basis of this plan.
The second part is the project implementation, the implementation process of intelligent building project is the implementation plan, the process of achieving a goal. The process can always determine the success of the project, we hope that the project can be in accordance with the plans that achieve the goal smoothly, in the implementation process must be controlled. The control is the location of the project and should be in the position, and take corrective actions when deviations occur.
Finally, from the practical implementation of the project of Jiangsu Telecom second intelligent communications hub building system were summarized in the implementation of the importance of project management and attention to intelligent building. There is an important role for the intelligent building project management company.
