【摘要】：正近年來(lái),云夢(mèng)縣財(cái)政緊緊圍繞"保穩(wěn)定、保民生、保運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、促發(fā)展"的主線,大力實(shí)施工業(yè)強(qiáng)縣戰(zhàn)略,在狠抓財(cái)政增收的同時(shí),大力調(diào)整和優(yōu)化支出結(jié)構(gòu),堅(jiān)決壓縮一般性支出,科學(xué)合理調(diào)度資金,集中財(cái)力確保了縣委、縣政府重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目支出,全力保障了民生需求。一、云夢(mèng)縣資金調(diào)度情況及效益分析(1)盤活了存量,緩解了融資需求。調(diào)度資金的投入使用,促動(dòng)了存量與增量資金合理流動(dòng),加大了財(cái)政對(duì)重點(diǎn)企業(yè)、重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的投入力度,緩解了企業(yè)的融資難,提
[Abstract]:In recent years, Yunmeng County finance has closely revolved around the main line of "ensuring stability, safeguarding people's livelihood, ensuring operation and promoting development", vigorously implementing the strategy of strengthening industrial counties, vigorously adjusting and optimizing the expenditure structure, resolutely reducing general expenditure, scientifically and reasonably dispatching funds, pooling financial resources to ensure the expenditure of key projects of the county party committee and county government, and fully ensuring the needs of the people's livelihood. First, Yunmeng County capital dispatch and benefit analysis (1) invigorated the stock and alleviated the financing demand. The investment and use of dispatching funds has promoted the reasonable flow of stock and incremental funds, increased the investment of finance in the construction of key enterprises and key projects, alleviated the financing difficulties of enterprises, and raised the financing difficulties of enterprises.
