【摘要】：正2015年,中國國際稅收研究會將以黨的十八大和十八屆三中、四中全會精神為指導(dǎo),緊緊圍繞全國稅務(wù)工作會議的部署,繼續(xù)遵循"創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動、活力推進(jìn),和諧發(fā)展"的辦會宗旨,積極引領(lǐng)國際稅收研究新常態(tài),有效服務(wù)稅收工作發(fā)展新形式,不斷取得稅收研究新成就。現(xiàn)將中國國際稅收研究會2015年調(diào)研課題公布如下:一、全國性課題(一)現(xiàn)代稅收法治建設(shè)國際借鑒研究黨的十八屆四中全會提出依法治國的基本方略,
[Abstract]:In 2015, the China International tax Research Association, guided by the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the CPC and the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, will continue to follow the "innovation-driven and vigorous" drive around the deployment of the national tax work conference. The aim of harmonious development is to actively lead the international tax research into a new normal, to effectively serve the development of new forms of tax work, and to continuously achieve new achievements in tax research. The 2015 research topics of the China Society of International Taxation Research are now published as follows: first, the national topic (1) the construction of the modern taxation rule of law is an international reference to the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, which put forward the basic strategy of governing the country according to law.
