【摘要】：正贛南原中央蘇區(qū)是我國較大的集中連片特殊困難地區(qū),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展緩慢,人均收入偏低。改革開放以來,尤其是2012年《國務(wù)院關(guān)于支持贛南等原中央蘇區(qū)振興發(fā)展的若干意見》的出臺,為飽經(jīng)滄桑的贛南蘇區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來新的歷史機(jī)遇和活力。財源建設(shè)也隨之取得長足發(fā)展,發(fā)揮著重要的基礎(chǔ)性和前置性作用。但目前仍存在一些問題,面臨著較大挑戰(zhàn)。(一)財源結(jié)構(gòu)單一。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)單一、體量不大是制約贛州市財源建設(shè)的
[Abstract]:The former Central Soviet region in south Jiangxi is a large concentrated and difficult area in China with slow economic development and low per capita income. Since the reform and opening up, especially the State Council's opinions on supporting the revitalization and development of the former Central Soviet areas such as South Jiangxi Province in 2012, it has brought new historical opportunities and vitality for the economic development of the counties in South Jiangxi Province, which has experienced many vicissitudes. The construction of financial resources has also made considerable progress, playing an important role in the foundation and preemption. However, there are still some problems and are facing great challenges. (1) the structure of financial resources is single. The single industrial structure and small volume restrict the construction of financial resources in Ganzhou City.
