【摘要】：制度是現(xiàn)代社會治理的基本途徑,它對社會治理施加影響的必要選擇就是制度具有影響行為的"適當(dāng)性邏輯",而治理主體的多元化是現(xiàn)代社會治理的典型特征。行動者的性質(zhì)及其行動模式,都是由制度建構(gòu)并受其制約的。公共服務(wù)購買是一個政府與多元行為主體相互博弈的場域,這些行為主體遵循著既定的制度邏輯,但每種制度邏輯本身意味著理性,因此制度邏輯之間的沖突可能會讓行為主體無所適從。服務(wù)購買場域中的行動者需要在多重制度邏輯綜合作用的情況下,采取有效的沖突應(yīng)對策略,以達(dá)致現(xiàn)代社會治理的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Institution is the basic way of modern social governance, and its necessary choice to exert influence on social governance is that the institution has the "appropriate logic" of influencing behavior, and the diversification of governance subject is the typical feature of modern social governance. The nature of actors and their modes of action are constructed by and restricted by institutions. The purchase of public service is a field in which the government and the multiple actors play games. These actors follow the established institutional logic, but each kind of institutional logic itself means rationality. Therefore, the conflict between the logic of the system may make the actors at a loss. In order to achieve the goal of modern social governance, the actors in the field of service purchase need to adopt effective conflict coping strategies under the condition of multiple institutional logic.
