【摘要】：正隨著我國人口老齡化問題日益突出,過去依靠家庭養(yǎng)老的傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)機(jī)制受到巨大挑戰(zhàn),如何發(fā)展壯大養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)成為人們?nèi)找骊P(guān)注的重大現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。財(cái)政在發(fā)展養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)、健全養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系方面負(fù)有重大責(zé)任,制定有利于養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的財(cái)政政策,是財(cái)政部門的一項(xiàng)重要課題。支持養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的財(cái)政政策存在的問題目前,政府對(duì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)的支持主要有財(cái)政直接投資、財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼、購買服
[Abstract]:With the aging of population in our country becoming more and more prominent, the traditional old-age service mechanism, which depended on the family for the aged in the past, has been greatly challenged. How to develop the service industry for the aged has become an important practical problem that people pay more and more attention to. Finance plays an important role in developing the old-age service industry and perfecting the old-age service system. It is an important task for the financial department to formulate the fiscal policy which is conducive to the development of the old-age service industry. Problems existing in the Fiscal Policy to support the Development of the Endowment Service Industry at present, the government's support for the old-age service industry mainly includes direct financial investment, financial subsidies, and the purchase of services.
