【摘要】：公共關(guān)系管理是推進(jìn)稅收治理現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中不可或缺的重要工作。本文運(yùn)用公共關(guān)系管理的理論工具,重點(diǎn)剖析了當(dāng)前稅務(wù)部門(mén)公共關(guān)系管理存在的五個(gè)突出問(wèn)題,并就如何加強(qiáng)稅務(wù)部門(mén)與納稅人、新聞媒體、黨政部門(mén)等社會(huì)公眾的關(guān)系管理。提出了五方面對(duì)策建議,為進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)稅務(wù)部門(mén)公共關(guān)系管理提供參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:Public relations management is an indispensable and important work in the modernization of tax administration. Using the theoretical tools of public relations management, this paper focuses on the analysis of five outstanding problems existing in the public relations management of tax departments, and discusses how to strengthen the tax departments, taxpayers and news media.
