【摘要】：正改革開(kāi)放之初,我國(guó)大陸地區(qū)借鑒香港的做法,探索建立了土地有償使用和相關(guān)稅費(fèi)制度,有力促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和改革開(kāi)放的深入推進(jìn),城市土地增值形成的巨額財(cái)富日益受到人們的關(guān)注,土地管理制度改革明顯滯后于形勢(shì)的發(fā)展變化。在全面深化改革的過(guò)程中,需要進(jìn)一步借鑒香港特區(qū)等地的制度創(chuàng)新成果,加快推進(jìn)相關(guān)
[Abstract]:At the beginning of reform and opening to the outside world, the mainland of our country drew lessons from Hong Kong's practice and explored the establishment of the system of paid land use and related taxes and fees, which could promote the sustained and healthy development of the economy and society. With the development of our country's economy and the deepening of reform and opening up, people pay more and more attention to the huge wealth formed by the increment of urban land. The reform of land management system obviously lags behind the development and change of the situation. In the process of deepening the reform in an all-round way, we need to further learn from the achievements of institutional innovation in Hong Kong and other places, and speed up the promotion of related issues.
