【摘要】：正2017年4月,特朗普政府公布了稅改計劃指導原則。隨后,特朗普本人表示近期將公布"十年投資1萬億美元"的基建投資計劃�；ㄍ顿Y計劃能否順利推出受制于政治博弈、基礎設施安全等多方面因素,其能否實現(xiàn)更是取決于國會兩黨的態(tài)度、政府財政支出保障、勞動力供給狀況等具體條件是否成熟。下文重點分析特朗普基建投資計劃可能遇到的難題、其為中國創(chuàng)造的新機遇,提出了我國的應對之策。
[Abstract]:In April 2017, the Trump administration announced the guiding principles of the tax reform plan. Later, Trump himself said that it would publish a "ten year investment of $1 trillion" in the infrastructure investment plan. Whether the capital investment plan could be successfully launched in the political game, infrastructure security and many other factors, its realization depends more on the state of Congress. Degree, government financial expenditure guarantee, labor supply conditions and other specific conditions are mature. The following focuses on the analysis of the difficult problems that the trunpu infrastructure investment plan may encounter, the new opportunities created for China, and the Countermeasures of our country.
