【摘要】：正棗陽,是鄂西北的一顆璀璨明珠,縣域經濟整體競爭實力和區(qū)域影響力不斷提升。近年來,棗陽市財政局以建設服務型財政機關為主線,積極踐行"精進理財、令行禁止、合作共贏"的財政文化價值理念,不斷拓展財政職能,創(chuàng)新財政管理,為全市經濟社會發(fā)展和提升民生福祉做出了積極貢獻。2014年全市公共預算收入達到26.27億元,是2010年5.63億元的4.7倍;財政支出達到53.4億元,是2010年25.4億元的2.1倍。其中,教育、文化、保障性住房、就業(yè)與再就業(yè)和"三農"等民生投入占財
[Abstract]:Zhengzaoyang is a bright pearl in northwest Hubei Province. In recent years, Zaoyang City Finance Bureau, taking the construction of service-oriented financial institutions as the main line, has actively implemented the financial cultural value concept of "meticulous financial management, prohibition of law and practice, win-win cooperation", and has constantly expanded its financial functions and innovated its financial management. In 2014, the city's public budget revenue reached 2.627 billion yuan, 4.7 times that of 563 million yuan in 2010, and fiscal expenditure reached 5.34 billion yuan, 2.1 times that of 2.54 billion yuan in 2010. Among them, education, culture, affordable housing, employment and re-employment and "agriculture, rural areas" and other people's livelihood investment.
