【摘要】：近年來,小微企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展中不可或缺的重要力量,在促民生調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、增加就業(yè)崗位、保持市場活力、提高居民收入、維護社會穩(wěn)定等方面作用明顯。但受勞動力成本上漲、融資困難、市場競爭加劇等因素影響,小微企業(yè)仍面臨很多困難和挑戰(zhàn)。文章聚焦小微物流企業(yè)稅收扶持政策,通過實例分析,按初始創(chuàng)設(shè)、中間經(jīng)營、利潤分配三個階段,對主要涉及的流轉(zhuǎn)稅和所得稅進行籌劃,以期為小微物流企業(yè)節(jié)稅提供借鑒參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, small and micro enterprises have become an indispensable and important force in the national economy and social development, which plays an important role in promoting the livelihood of the people, increasing the employment position, maintaining market vitality, raising the income of the residents and maintaining social stability. However, small and micro enterprises are still facing many difficulties and challenges due to the rising labor costs, financing difficulties, market competition and other factors. The article focuses on the tax support policy of small and micro logistics enterprises, through the analysis of examples, according to the initial creation, intermediate management, profit distribution three stages, the main involved turnover tax and income tax planning, In order to provide a reference for small and micro logistics enterprises tax savings.
