【摘要】：正為了貫徹《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購法》及其實(shí)施條例,規(guī)范政府采購貨物和服務(wù)招標(biāo)投標(biāo)行為,財(cái)政部對(duì)2004年頒布的《政府采購貨物和服務(wù)招標(biāo)投標(biāo)管理辦法》(財(cái)政部令第18號(hào),以下簡(jiǎn)稱18號(hào)令)作了修訂,公布了新的《政府采購貨物和服務(wù)招標(biāo)投標(biāo)管理辦法》(財(cái)政部令第87號(hào),以下簡(jiǎn)稱87號(hào)令)。近日,財(cái)政部有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人就相關(guān)問題接受了記者采訪。
