【摘要】：文章選擇博物館為例,闡述了基于DEA三階段模型的公共文化服務預算效率評價方法。按照投入、過程、產(chǎn)出、成果和影響的績效因果關(guān)系建立績效指標體系,并區(qū)分投入-產(chǎn)出、產(chǎn)出-效益兩個層面進行效率評價,進而尋找提高預算資金使用效率、博物館產(chǎn)出使用效益的路徑。
[Abstract]:Taking the museum as an example , the paper expounds the evaluation method of public culture service budget efficiency based on DEA three - stage model , establishes a performance index system according to the performance - effect relationship of input , process , output , achievement and impact , and distinguishes the input - output , output - benefit dimensions from the efficiency evaluation , and further seeks to improve the use efficiency of the budget funds and the path of the utilization benefit of the output of the museum .
