【摘要】：正2010—2014年,自治區(qū)用于民生建設(shè)的財政資金累計9409億元,占公共財政預(yù)算支出71.9%,年均增長18.5%。就業(yè)再就業(yè)、社會保障、基本醫(yī)療公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)提升、教育保障、安居富民、定居興牧、住房保障……自2010年新疆啟動"民生建設(shè)年"活動,至今已連續(xù)6年,實施的重點民生工程項目由2011年的22類80項增加到2014年的25類150項,為各族人民群眾送上了幸福生活"大禮包"。
[Abstract]:From 2010 to 2014, the financial funds for the construction of the livelihood of the autonomous region totaled 940 billion 900 million yuan, accounting for 71.9% of the public budget expenditure, the annual growth of 18.5%. employment, social security, the promotion of basic medical public health services, the education security, the prosperity of the people, the settlement and the animal husbandry and the housing security. Since 2010, the "people's livelihood construction year" was started in Xinjiang, so far, so far since 2010, the "year of people's livelihood" has been launched. For 6 consecutive years, the project of key people's livelihood project has increased from 80 items of 22 categories in 2011 to 150 items of 25 categories in 2014, which has given the people of all ethnic groups a "big gift bag" for a happy life.
