【摘要】：通過對(duì)大型公立醫(yī)院個(gè)人所得稅代扣繳現(xiàn)狀及工作難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行剖析,提出了醫(yī)院個(gè)人所得稅代扣代繳管理對(duì)策,理順和完善了個(gè)稅代扣代繳工作流程及控制環(huán)節(jié),以期有效防止國(guó)家稅源的流失,降低醫(yī)院可能面臨的財(cái)務(wù)和法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn),進(jìn)一步提高職工信用度。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the present situation and difficulties of personal income tax payment in large public hospitals , this paper puts forward the management countermeasures of personal income tax collection in hospitals , and puts forward the process and the control link of tax collection and withholding , with a view to effectively preventing the loss of the national tax sources , reducing the financial and legal risks that the hospital may face , and further improving the credit degree of the employees .
