【摘要】：金融摩擦存在可能非線性地傳播沖擊,導(dǎo)致財(cái)政支出的非線性乘數(shù)效應(yīng)�；诳紤]金融摩擦的理論模型,分析了財(cái)政支出沖擊對家庭部門最優(yōu)投資決策行為的影響,提出關(guān)于財(cái)政支出非線性乘數(shù)效應(yīng)及其可能原因的理論假設(shè);通過構(gòu)建包含金融摩擦綜合測度指標(biāo)的非線性實(shí)證模型,檢驗(yàn)了財(cái)政支出的非線性乘數(shù)效應(yīng)。研究結(jié)果表明,在高金融摩擦環(huán)境中,財(cái)政支出對于總產(chǎn)出的乘數(shù)效應(yīng)更大,這主要?dú)w因于財(cái)政支出對金融摩擦的緩解作用以及對私人投資的"擠入"效應(yīng)。財(cái)政政策的調(diào)控方式需要根據(jù)金融摩擦的狀態(tài)變化而適時(shí)調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:The existence of financial friction may lead to nonlinear multiplier effect of fiscal expenditure.Based on the theoretical model considering financial friction, this paper analyzes the impact of fiscal expenditure shock on the optimal investment decision-making behavior of the household sector, and puts forward theoretical assumptions about the nonlinear multiplier effect of fiscal expenditure and its possible causes.The nonlinear multiplier effect of fiscal expenditure is tested by constructing a nonlinear empirical model which includes the comprehensive measure index of financial friction.The results show that in the environment of high financial friction, the multiplier effect of fiscal expenditure on total output is greater, which is mainly attributed to the mitigation of financial friction by fiscal expenditure and the "crowding in" effect on private investment.The regulation mode of fiscal policy should be adjusted according to the state of financial friction.
