【摘要】：正《政府資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表:基本原理及中國(guó)應(yīng)用》一書(shū)的研究下了很大功夫,看后給我不少啟發(fā),深化了我對(duì)這一問(wèn)題的認(rèn)識(shí)。從中外比較研究入手來(lái)闡釋政府資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表的基本原理及在中國(guó)的應(yīng)用,是一較好的技術(shù)路線,有助于借鑒國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),少走彎路,加快我國(guó)的政府資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表制度改革步伐。該書(shū)的特點(diǎn)是理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合,在理論闡釋中落實(shí)應(yīng)用,在實(shí)操分析中
[Abstract]:The book "Government balance sheet: basic principles and China Application" has done a lot of research, which has given me a lot of inspiration and deepened my understanding of this problem.It is a better technical route to explain the basic principle of government balance sheet and its application in China from the comparative study between China and foreign countries, which is helpful to draw lessons from international experience, avoid detours, and speed up the reform of government balance sheet system in China.The characteristics of the book are the combination of theory and practice, the implementation of its application in the interpretation of theory, and its application in practical analysis.
