【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)在世界各國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中起著重要作用,各國政府對農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展也極為重視。中國是農(nóng)業(yè)大國,隨著其經(jīng)濟的迅猛崛起,中國政府自2000年開始實施農(nóng)業(yè)直補等財政支農(nóng)政策,而與美國強有力的財政支農(nóng)政策相比,中國如何在WTO規(guī)則下制定和完善符合中國國情的農(nóng)業(yè)補貼政策是亟待解決的問題。
[Abstract]:Agriculture plays an important role in the economic development of all countries in the world, and the governments of all countries attach great importance to the development of agriculture. China is a large agricultural country. With the rapid rise of its economy, the Chinese government has implemented the agricultural direct subsidy and other financial support policies since 2000. Compared with the strong fiscal policy of supporting agriculture in the United States, how to formulate and perfect the agricultural subsidy policy in accordance with China's national conditions under the WTO rules is an urgent problem to be solved.
