【摘要】：1962年國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)整進(jìn)入"最關(guān)緊要"階段,中央政治局常委會(huì)經(jīng)反復(fù)醞釀、協(xié)商,決定恢復(fù)設(shè)立中央財(cái)經(jīng)小組,并確定了小組成員和組長(zhǎng)人選。在中央政治局和中央書(shū)記處直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,在相關(guān)部門(mén)和地方的支持配合下,中央財(cái)經(jīng)小組全面參與國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)整,主持制定了《關(guān)于討論一九六二年調(diào)整計(jì)劃的報(bào)告》,開(kāi)啟了大規(guī)模調(diào)整工作的序幕,寫(xiě)下了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的重要篇章。在完成這個(gè)階段性任務(wù)之后,中央財(cái)經(jīng)小組逐漸淡出決策層。
[Abstract]:In 1962, the adjustment of the national economy entered the "most critical" stage. After repeated deliberations and consultations, the standing Committee of the political Bureau of the Central Committee decided to resume the establishment of the Central Financial and Economic Group. Under the direct leadership of the political Bureau of the Central Committee and the Central Secretariat, and with the support of relevant departments and localities, the Central Financial and Economic team has fully participated in the adjustment of the national economy. Presided over the formulation of the report on the discussion of the Adjustment Plan of 1962, opened the prologue of large-scale readjustment, and wrote an important chapter in the socialist economic construction led by the Communist Party of China.After completing this phased task, The Central Financial and Economic Group gradually faded out of the decision-making level.
