【摘要】：正有宋一代,繁榮的商品經(jīng)濟和窘迫的國家財政并存。在中央財政索求無度的背景下,每一級財政單位都面臨著維持自身行政成本和滿足上層征繳任務(wù)的雙重壓力。縣級財政作為宋代財政最基層的核算單位,一直被認為是無為的"小角色",加之南北宋現(xiàn)存史料的不均衡以及宋人對其記錄上的忽略,使得縣級財政的獨立身份經(jīng)常被遺忘。本研究正是基于此而將宋代縣級財政作為一個考察對象,致力于將其發(fā)展的背景、收支內(nèi)容、狀
[Abstract]:During the Song Dynasty, a prosperous commodity economy and a poor state finance co-existed. Each level of financial units is faced with the double pressure of maintaining their own administrative costs and satisfying the tasks of the upper level. County finance is the most basic accounting unit of the finance of the Song Dynasty. It has always been regarded as a "small role" of inaction, in addition to the imbalance in the existing historical data of the Northern and Southern Song dynasties and the neglect of their records by the Song people. Therefore, the independent identity of county finance is often forgotten. Based on this, this study takes the county finance of the Song Dynasty as an object of investigation and devotes itself to the background of its development, the content of revenue and expenditure, and the content of income and expenditure.
