【摘要】：我國新建住宅小區(qū)供電設(shè)施無償移交給供電公司,或供電公司向開發(fā)商收取電力設(shè)施配套費,由供電公司來負責(zé)小區(qū)供電設(shè)施后續(xù)的維修和更新改造,以此來解決小區(qū)供電設(shè)施后期維護資金匱乏、各方互相推諉責(zé)任的問題,成為近年來我國新建住宅小區(qū)建設(shè)比較流行的做法。本文依據(jù)相關(guān)法規(guī),對供電公司無償接收新建小區(qū)供電設(shè)施和供電公司收取電力設(shè)施配套費的會計處理進行探討,認為這是一種業(yè)主集體共有資產(chǎn)無償變更為國有資產(chǎn)的特殊業(yè)務(wù),在財務(wù)處理上應(yīng)作為"捐贈"來處理。
[Abstract]:Power supply facilities in newly built residential areas in China are handed over to power supply companies free of charge, or power supply companies charge developers for matching fees for power facilities, and the power supply companies are responsible for the subsequent maintenance and renovation of power supply facilities in residential areas. In order to solve the problem of shortage of fund for the later maintenance of power supply facilities in residential areas and the shirking responsibility of each other, it has become a popular practice in recent years for the construction of newly built residential districts in China to be carried out according to the relevant laws and regulations. This paper probes into the accounting treatment of the power supply company receiving the power supply facilities in the new residential area and the power supply company collecting the power facilities supporting fee without charge, and considers that this is a special business in which the collective collective assets of the owners are changed to state-owned assets without compensation. Financial treatment should be treated as a "donation".
