[Abstract]:The Ministry of Finance has recently issued a circular to simplify and optimize the central budget units' changes in government procurement methods and procedures for examination and approval of imported products, so as to improve the efficiency of the examination and approval work. To ensure the smooth development of government procurement activities by central budget units. According to the circular, the simplified and optimized relevant examination and approval procedures mainly include the implementation of a package declaration and approval of changes in government procurement methods.
