【摘要】：本文以2014年5月16日臺(tái)灣地區(qū)"立法院院會(huì)"通過(guò)"史上最大加稅案"為切入點(diǎn),回顧了此次加稅案的具體措施、改革背景,介紹了臺(tái)灣地區(qū)的個(gè)人所得稅制度,分析了近年來(lái)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)稅收改革趨勢(shì),得出如下結(jié)論 :臺(tái)灣地區(qū)稅收改革大多數(shù)是政府博弈的結(jié)果,具有較強(qiáng)的政治意圖;稅收政策出發(fā)點(diǎn)雖好,但效果有待時(shí)間檢驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the adoption of the "biggest tax increase case in history" by the Legislative Yuan Assembly of the Taiwan region on May 16th 2014, this paper reviews the specific measures of the tax increase case, the background of the reform, and introduces the personal income tax system in the Taiwan region. This paper analyzes the trend of tax reform in Taiwan in recent years, and draws the following conclusions: most of the tax reform in Taiwan is the result of government game and has strong political intention; the starting point of tax policy is good, but the effect needs to be tested by time.
