【摘要】：正今年的政府預(yù)算報(bào)告條理更加清晰明了,收支數(shù)據(jù)與財(cái)政政策的結(jié)合更為井然有序,充分體現(xiàn)了國(guó)家治理體系與治理能力現(xiàn)代化之于政府理財(cái)工作的新要求。在匯報(bào)2014年中央和地方預(yù)算執(zhí)行情況時(shí),以落實(shí)全國(guó)人大預(yù)算決議破題,系統(tǒng)報(bào)告了2014年財(cái)政收支情況并分析了其影響因素;在報(bào)告2015年中央和地方預(yù)算草案的過程中,突出了對(duì)于新預(yù)算法的貫徹落實(shí),首先分析主要
[Abstract]:This year's budget report is clearer and the combination of revenue and expenditure data with fiscal policy is more orderly. It fully reflects the new requirements of the modernization of the national governance system and governance ability to the government's financial management work.
