【摘要】：在社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中，價(jià)格已成為聯(lián)系供求雙方和引導(dǎo)消費(fèi)的橋梁。電力產(chǎn)業(yè)是進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)較晚的行業(yè)，隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,電力產(chǎn)業(yè)作為新生的產(chǎn)業(yè)也得到了迅猛的發(fā)展，提及電力產(chǎn)業(yè)就不得不關(guān)注電價(jià)這個(gè)敏感話題。電價(jià)對(duì)于農(nóng)村來(lái)說(shuō)，，農(nóng)民和農(nóng)業(yè)都與此息息相關(guān)，對(duì)于城市來(lái)說(shuō)也是非常重要的。農(nóng)網(wǎng)的改造使得部分城鄉(xiāng)的居民生活用電得到了統(tǒng)一，但是其他各類(lèi)電價(jià)還存在很大差別。本文針對(duì)烏蘭察布城鄉(xiāng)電價(jià)情況進(jìn)行分析，首先對(duì)烏蘭察布的地理位置、氣候條件以及電力市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行概況，其次對(duì)烏蘭察布農(nóng)村用電量和電價(jià)以及城市用電量和電價(jià)進(jìn)行分析，除了居民生活用電以外的其他各類(lèi)用電價(jià)格均高于城市，最后找出農(nóng)村電價(jià)偏高的原因并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。

[Abstract]:In the socialist market economy, price has become a bridge between supply and demand and guide consumption. Electric power industry is an industry that enters the market lately. with the continuous development of market economy, the electric power industry, as a new industry, has also been developed rapidly. when it is mentioned that the electric power industry has to pay attention to the sensitive topic of electricity price, it is necessary to pay attention to the sensitive topic of electricity price. Electricity price for rural areas, farmers and agriculture are closely related to this, for the city is also very important. The transformation of rural power network has unified the daily electricity consumption of some urban and rural residents, but there are still great differences in other kinds of electricity prices. In this paper, the electricity price in urban and rural areas of Wulanchabu is analyzed. Firstly, the geographical location, climatic conditions and power market of Wulanchabu are summarized. Secondly, the rural electricity consumption and electricity price in Wulanchabu, as well as urban electricity consumption and electricity price are analyzed. All kinds of electricity prices except residents' domestic electricity consumption are higher than those in the city. Finally, the reasons for the high rural electricity price are found out and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
