【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化步伐的加快,各國(guó)企業(yè)都面臨著如何在日益復(fù)雜的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中,保證企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期、穩(wěn)定和持續(xù)地獲得更高的收益率等突出問(wèn)題。國(guó)內(nèi)外管理者都感到企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更加充分地體現(xiàn)出動(dòng)態(tài)的特征,企業(yè)面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境復(fù)雜性大大提高,企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)內(nèi)容的多現(xiàn)性越來(lái)越明顯,優(yōu)勢(shì)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力持續(xù)時(shí)間大大縮短。很多企業(yè)意識(shí)到,要想長(zhǎng)期、穩(wěn)定和持續(xù)地獲得高于市場(chǎng)平均水平的收益率,不能只依靠長(zhǎng)期競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的鞏固和發(fā)揮,還要不斷地創(chuàng)造短期的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的動(dòng)態(tài)演化已逐漸引起學(xué)術(shù)界的廣泛關(guān)注,產(chǎn)生了大量關(guān)于企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力演化的動(dòng)力機(jī)制、發(fā)展路徑及意義等方面的研究成果。但較少?gòu)膭?dòng)態(tài)方面深入分析動(dòng)力機(jī)制對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力在演化過(guò)程中的作用機(jī)理,尤其是內(nèi)、外部動(dòng)力機(jī)制在企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力演化過(guò)程所形成的協(xié)同互補(bǔ)關(guān)系研究更少。 本文認(rèn)為企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)始終界于短期均衡與長(zhǎng)期演化的兩種狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化過(guò)程之中,如果將企業(yè)比作處于斜面上的球體,則必須通過(guò)持續(xù)的策動(dòng)力量才能保持其不斷進(jìn)步,否則企業(yè)將會(huì)不停下滑,因此企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不是恒定的而是可以改變的。企業(yè)質(zhì)量和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)速度是決定企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的主要參數(shù):一方面,在一定環(huán)境條件下,企業(yè)的質(zhì)量和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)速度成反比;另一方面,企業(yè)質(zhì)量和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)速度之間具有一定互補(bǔ)性。因此,應(yīng)在動(dòng)態(tài)上把各參數(shù)有機(jī)地聯(lián)系在一起。 企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的演化必須在一定的推動(dòng)機(jī)制下才能有效實(shí)現(xiàn),并不是一個(gè)能動(dòng)的自發(fā)過(guò)程,內(nèi)外部動(dòng)力機(jī)制的共同作用構(gòu)成了企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力演化的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng),推動(dòng)了企業(yè)各個(gè)層面的創(chuàng)新,最終成為企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力演化的源泉。 四川回春堂藥業(yè)連鎖有限公司作為典型的中型民營(yíng)家族企業(yè),經(jīng)過(guò)二十多年的歷程,得到了飛速的發(fā)展,無(wú)疑是研究民營(yíng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的典型案例。本文運(yùn)用企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力演化的理論對(duì)回春堂藥業(yè)的企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力演化歷程做出了客觀的分析,,同時(shí),提出應(yīng)通過(guò)不斷完善家族經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、適度選擇公司發(fā)展規(guī)模、轉(zhuǎn)變競(jìng)爭(zhēng)方式、爭(zhēng)取合理的融資環(huán)境等多種途徑對(duì)增強(qiáng)民營(yíng)企業(yè)的動(dòng)態(tài)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力做出進(jìn)一步探索。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the global economic integration, the enterprises of all countries are faced with the outstanding problems such as how to ensure the enterprises to obtain higher returns in the long-term, stable and continuous in the increasingly complex competitive environment. Managers at home and abroad feel that the competition between enterprises more fully reflects the dynamic characteristics, the complexity of the competitive environment faced by enterprises is greatly improved, and the diversification of enterprise competition content is becoming more and more obvious. The duration of competitive power of superior enterprises is greatly shortened. Many enterprises realize that in order to obtain a long-term, stable and sustained rate of return higher than the average level of the market, we should not only rely on the consolidation and play of long-term competitive advantage, but also constantly create short-term competitive advantage. The dynamic evolution of enterprise competitiveness has been paid more and more attention by academic circles, and has produced a lot of research achievements on the dynamic mechanism, development path and significance of enterprise competitiveness evolution. However, the mechanism of dynamic mechanism in the process of enterprise competitiveness evolution is less deeply analyzed from the dynamic aspect, especially in the internal and external dynamic mechanism in the evolution process of enterprise competitiveness formed by the collaborative and complementary relationship less. This paper argues that the competitive advantage of an enterprise is always in the process of transition between short-term equilibrium and long-term evolution. If the enterprise is compared to a sphere on the oblique plane, it must be maintained by continuous driving force. Otherwise, enterprises will continue to decline, so the competitiveness of enterprises is not constant but can be changed. The quality and competitive speed of enterprises are the main parameters to determine the competitiveness of enterprises: on the one hand, under certain environmental conditions, the quality of enterprises is inversely proportional to the speed of competition; on the other hand, there is a certain complementarity between the quality and competitive speed of enterprises. Therefore, the parameters should be linked together dynamically. The evolution of enterprise competitive power must be realized effectively under certain driving mechanism, and it is not a dynamic spontaneous process. The combined action of internal and external dynamic mechanism constitutes the dynamic system of enterprise competitive power evolution. Promote the innovation of all levels of the enterprise, and finally become the source of the evolution of the competitiveness of the enterprise. Sichuan Huichutang Pharmaceutical chain Co., Ltd., as a typical medium-sized private family enterprise, has been developing rapidly after more than 20 years. It is undoubtedly a typical case to study the competitiveness of private enterprises. Based on the theory of enterprise competitiveness evolution, this paper makes an objective analysis of the evolution process of the enterprise competitiveness of Huichun Tang Pharmaceutical Industry. At the same time, it puts forward that we should improve the family management mode, choose the scale of the company's development appropriately, and change the competition mode through the continuous improvement of the family management mode. Strive for a reasonable financing environment and other ways to enhance the dynamic competitiveness of private enterprises to make further exploration.
