【摘要】：大力發(fā)展光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)，是調(diào)整和優(yōu)化我國能源結(jié)構(gòu)、實現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排、應(yīng)對氣候變化的重要途徑。我國政府高度重視光伏領(lǐng)域的科技創(chuàng)新，尤其是節(jié)能與提高能效技術(shù)，以及可再生能源技術(shù)的開發(fā)與利用。光伏企業(yè)是光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主體，要想從源頭上根本解決光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的問題，就必須加快技術(shù)創(chuàng)新步伐，將過去傳統(tǒng)的被動創(chuàng)新改變?yōu)榉e極主動的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。 雖然關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新有著豐富的研究成果，但國內(nèi)外對光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新影響因素的研究較少，研究的內(nèi)容和視角也比較分散。通過梳理國內(nèi)外專家、學(xué)者對企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新影響因素的研究，可以看出國內(nèi)外學(xué)者一般從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者創(chuàng)新精神、企業(yè)文化、產(chǎn)權(quán)激勵、政府政策法規(guī)、企業(yè)技術(shù)能力、市場競爭結(jié)構(gòu)等內(nèi)外部要素進(jìn)行了比較深入的分析。 本文首先講述了當(dāng)今時代企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的時代背景及本文的研究意義與目標(biāo)，在交代本文研究的主要內(nèi)容之后設(shè)計出本文的研究思路、方法與研究路線。然后對國內(nèi)外學(xué)者在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)新方面上的研究進(jìn)行歸類總結(jié)。接著論述產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境因素對光伏企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效影響機理研究，重點分析了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者創(chuàng)新精神、企業(yè)文化、產(chǎn)權(quán)激勵、市場結(jié)構(gòu)、政府政策等關(guān)系光伏企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的內(nèi)外部因素對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新意愿及績效的影響。然后，根據(jù)影響光伏企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境分析，以創(chuàng)新意愿為中介變量、創(chuàng)新績效為結(jié)果變量，構(gòu)建了光伏企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境影響創(chuàng)新績效機理的模型，，一共提出了6個研究命題，同時對遼寧、江西、江蘇等部分光伏企業(yè)進(jìn)行了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新影響因素的問卷調(diào)查，研究表明這些關(guān)鍵因素通過創(chuàng)新意愿對創(chuàng)新績效產(chǎn)生正面影響，同時創(chuàng)新意愿對創(chuàng)新績效產(chǎn)生正向影響。最后提出了光伏企業(yè)提升創(chuàng)新績效的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Vigorously developing photovoltaic industry is an important way to adjust and optimize China's energy structure, realize energy saving and emission reduction, and deal with climate change. Our government attaches great importance to photovoltaic science and technology innovation, especially energy saving and energy efficiency technology, as well as the development and utilization of renewable energy technology. Photovoltaic enterprise is the main body of photovoltaic industry technology innovation. In order to solve the problem of photovoltaic industry technology innovation fundamentally from the source, we must speed up the pace of technology innovation, and change the traditional passive innovation into positive and active technology innovation in the past. Although there are abundant research results on industrial technological innovation, there are few studies on the influencing factors of photovoltaic industrial technological innovation at home and abroad, and the content and perspective of the research are also scattered. Through combing the domestic and foreign experts and scholars' research on the influencing factors of enterprise technological innovation, we can see that the domestic and foreign scholars generally from the leader innovation spirit, corporate culture, property right incentive, government policies and regulations, enterprise technology ability, The internal and external factors, such as market competition structure, are analyzed in depth. This paper first describes the era background of enterprise technological innovation and the significance and goal of this paper. After explaining the main contents of this paper, this paper designs the research ideas, methods and research routes of this paper. Then the domestic and foreign scholars in the field of technological innovation are classified and summarized. Then it discusses the influence mechanism of industrial environmental factors on the technological innovation performance of photovoltaic enterprises, focusing on the analysis of leader innovation spirit, enterprise culture, property right incentive, market structure, and so on. The influence of internal and external factors, such as government policies, on the innovation intention and performance of photovoltaic enterprises. Then, according to the analysis of the key industrial environment that affects the technological innovation of photovoltaic enterprises, this paper takes the innovation intention as the intermediary variable and the innovation performance as the result variable, and constructs the model of the mechanism of the photovoltaic enterprise's industrial environment affecting the innovation performance. A total of six research propositions have been put forward. At the same time, some photovoltaic enterprises, such as Liaoning, Jiangxi and Jiangsu, have been investigated with questionnaires on the influencing factors of technological innovation. The research shows that these key factors have a positive impact on innovation performance through the willingness to innovate. At the same time, innovation will have a positive impact on innovation performance. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation performance of photovoltaic enterprises are put forward.
